Quotes & Payments
Project quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Payments may require a deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due according to the agreed payment schedule.
Late payments may result in project delays.
Revisions

Additional revisions or requests outside the original project scope may incur additional charges.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Project delays caused by missing client information may affect delivery timelines.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Clients own the final approved deliverables after full payment has been received.
- Blupotato retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any templates, systems, frameworks, or proprietary methods developed by Blupotato remain the intellectual property of Blupotato unless explicitly transferred.
Business Systems
usiness systems, templates, spreadsheets, and digital resources supplied by Blupotato are licensed for use by the purchasing client only.
They may not be copied, resold, redistributed, or shared without written permission.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a project is cancelled before work begins, any refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of Liability
Blupotato is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

All website content, graphics, text, branding, logos, and materials are owned by Blupotato unless otherwise stated.
